By accessing and using Guessful, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Game

Guessful is a free daily geography guessing game. Each day, new country and city puzzles are published at midnight UTC. Everyone plays the same puzzles.

• You may play as a guest or create an account
• Each puzzle can only be played once per day
• Scores are final and cannot be modified after submission

User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — multiple accounts to game the leaderboard are not allowed
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

Fair Play

Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game or manipulate scores. Do not share answers for the current day's puzzle before the day ends.

Intellectual Property

The Guessful name, logo, and game design are our property. Geographic data used in the game is sourced from publicly available datasets. You may share your results and scores freely.

Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• Geographic data may contain inaccuracies — it's a game, not a reference tool
• We may modify or discontinue the service at any time

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Guessful after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
